I am passionate about bringing health, happiness and quality into other peoples lives since 2018.


As someone who's been on my personal fitness journey for over 12 years, I can assure you I've tried everything. Every diet on the horizon, all the myths on the internet... Been there, tried that.


I can't say I was always the sporty and active type - I actually used to hate exercise as I never saw any results. Until one day I realised knowledge of the basics is key, so I decided to get a proper fitness qualification. I also had to learn how our mind works as it's the key to any progress.


With years of fitness practicing I realised that the biggest issue is MOTIVATION. People can't be motivated all the time, they can't be consistent and disciplined if their mind is NOT in the right place.


That's how I decided to learn people's behaviour and use it for the benefit of my clients.


My fitness plans are not random sets of exercises, they are professionally planned with all my LEVEL 4 personal fitness & bodybuilding coach's knowledge.


I completed multiple courses in "Nutrition and adaptive nutrition", "Psychology and Nutrition counselling", "Biomechanics", "Exercise therapy and rehabilitation techniques", "Circuit trainings", "Sport psychologist", "Level 3 Coaching and mentoring".


Plus, I'm always learning from other experts in the field. I believe in staying curious and open to new ideas, constantly improving my methods to better support my clients.


I am both a coach and a practitioner, having competed in three fitness competitions. I earned a pro card on my first show and consistently placed, achieving my best result as a 2nd place bikini model. (Click to see my stage pics😉)

My workout programmes are based on quality movement and science. As you get used to the movements and the technique and gain more understanding of your anatomy (and find out what works and feels right for you!) you start moving into workouts that get increasingly challenging, so you're always moving forward and making progress.

Each workout programme comes with a custom-to-you, personalised meal plan. Because I want you to understand nutrition, enjoy your meals, and still get results.

No more juice cleanses, no more Skinny Teas, just good, nutritious, yummy food. My plans are built based on your dietary needs and preferences. Can't stand raisins? Gross, me neither, no raisins in your plan. Remember, the point is to keep it sustainable and enjoyable.

I'm a personal trainer, life coach and a sport psycologist with an emphasis on "personal". As someone who has sampled the entire selection of workouts and diets out there on the web, I understand like no other that the information is overwhelming.
